My work moves between painting and photography, two practices that have been closely connected in my artistic life since childhood. I began painting at the age of eight, exploring watercolor, oil, and acrylic techniques. During those early years, observing the night sky sparked a lasting fascination with the universe, the constellations, and their mythology—an influence that continues to appear in my "Universe" painting series.
    I discovered photography in 2001 while studying painting at the Art University. What began as an exploration gradually became an essential part of my creative practice. Today I work with both digital and analog photography, and I continue to develop my own film negatives in my darkroom, maintaining a direct relationship with the material process of image making.
    My photographic work unfolds through different series, including nude studies, pinhole photography, and astrophotography. Curiosity is the driving force behind these explorations, leading me to experiment with different techniques and visual languages.
    Many of my photographs function like visual journal entries—images written with light. Through them, I explore introspection, perception, and the quiet presence of everyday surroundings. The themes of my work often emerge from the most immediate and ordinary places, where observation and imagination meet.
    Painting and photography remain intertwined in my practice, forming two complementary ways of exploring the same questions about perception, presence, and the mysteries that surround us.
